This decadent double-layer skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious raspberry and light pink chiffon. It features a raspberry nylon yoke with loads of light pink fluff at the bottom and is finished with a double face satin light pink bow. It also has an adjustable, covered waistband that you can use to make the skirt smaller.

Toddler (0-5 years) 9" Length and Waist 18-24" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".

Big Girl (3 years) 11", 12" or 13" Length and Waist 20-28" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 18" and fully stretched measures 28" - waistbands are adjustable and can be self tightened for a smaller waist.
